I have found that individually wrapped food is awesome. We eat sandwiches a lot but I would usually eat too many chips because they were there or I didn't want them to go bad. We switched to buying individual packs of chips. It has been great we get a variety of flavors to keep it from getting boring and we stay within a serving size. I also started buying "approved" snacks that are individually wrapped. Fiber one brownies (not too bad when wanting a brownie flavor) various low calorie granola bars, rice crispy treats, gold fish, teddy grams, the list goes on. I found when I check the labels many of the foods I like come in an acceptable calorie range when they are pre-portioned.
