I saw a messege board post regarding a 10-day challenge of your choice. So I'm gonna try to it. I figure it's short enough to stay focused yet long enough to feel like an accomplishment at completion. I currently weigh 161.8lbs (UGH!) so I'm going to shoot for a 2.5 lb weight loss.
For my 10-day challenge, I'm going to stick to the following:
- no chocolate candy
- no microwave popcorn
- 5+ fruits and veggies a day
- multi-vitamin & fish oil every day
- stay within 1600 calorie range
- exercise for 20-30 minutes a day
- no eating after 7:30 pm
- brush my teeth before bed every nite
- journal/blog every day
I try to do most of these daily but sometimes I miss a few. I think this challenge could help me stay on track! So starting on 7/11, I'll review at the end of the day and blog about my results!
