still feeling the burn

Wednesday night I did the No more trouble zones workout all the way though. I still feel the burn. Only in upper legs. they are stiff and hurt a little. I do not know if i should have done something different with my cool down stretches. I used YouTube to watch the video, it did not have the cool down on it, so I used the upper body stretch video and the lower body stretch video from Sparkpoeple. i think i need to add to this, my legs in particular. I may try and use the cool down from her other workout i have found.

Going for a new workout plan
day 1 cardio
day2 cardio and strenght
day 3 rest
repeat

trying to see if i can get more done this way. 5 days in a row is not that easy for me. But I realy want to get into a routen that i can stick with.
