This week went by way too quickly. I think it's because I'm SO unprepared for the family's trip to NS next week that Sunday feels like it should be a week away but, in reality, it's tomorrow.
My progress this week:
1 - to continue running 3 times a week
**again, easy peasy goal here. I even ran on Tuesday BEFORE our cross-training class which happened to be BEFORE my bootcamp. (ugh)
2 - to lose my last five pregnancy pounds
**The scale did not move this week. I even got off of it and negotiated with it. When I stepped back on, the number had not changed. I flipped it the bird and moved on with my day.
3 - to blog my progress every Saturday
**Here I am! On schedule, even.
4 - to drink eight 8 oz glasses of water a day
**The hot continues.. I'm drinking 8+ per day.
5 - to sleep 7 hours a night
**Except for the night that Roo fell out of bed, I'm good on this one.
6 - to add two- days of strength training to my week
**Boot camp on Tuesday & Thursday this week. Nothing else tho'.
7 - to add one day of yoga/stretching to my week
**okay, NEXT week for sure.
