So just check the last blog entry I made was 6 months ago and I really don't know what has happened to me in those 6 months. I've put on at least 4 kgs and tried to lose them without Spark and they just come back. I think the trigger to get back on the horse as they say, was the realisation that I'm at least 15kgs heavier than all of my friends and a photo taken at my friend's wedding where I look like a hippo. I got a bit depressed about everything and hit the emotional eating button but I woke up this morning and told myself to stop feeling sorry for myself and get my ass in gear and start again. So I have......

I hit the restart button on my sparktracker and set a realistic goal for the next 4 months to get back into shape and lose those 10/15kgs that have been gained over the past years and more importantly get ME BACK.

I know it is going to be tough, but who said losing weight and getting fit was going to be easy. I just have to remind myself that this is a marathon not a sprint and the trophy at the end of the road is a health, toned and happy me.
