3Rd day back on track:)

Feeling pretty good. Yesterday was a little hard. I am very thankful that I am here on SP doing my thing. It keeps me focused, I think when I am involved in a competition I do better. I am more accountable.

Current weight: 161

My next goal:159 by 7/25/12

Following goal: 149 by 8/29/12

Since I started this last time I have lost 37.5 lbs. When I go to the doctor today, I will find out my highest I was at the beginning of the year. I believe I was 201, which means I've lost 40 lbs!

    Good for you! I saw your blog post and wanted to comment, because I am in the same boat! After the BL challenge, I went to some bad habits and slacked off on the exercise, I just started a bootcamp and am trying to get my eating back in line. Good luck!!!!
