Goals for July

13 days left and then August arrives. With August comes school and a new schedule all together. We will start practicing this schedule next week.
How hard core should I go? I am starting with diet. I am finishing this week off strong and attacking next week. Next week, no baking sweets and no fast food. This will not only save my waistline but my wallet too.
I am also planning on starting Jamie Eason's LiveFit program. It is intimidating. I have made it through week three before and life just got busy. That is when I started neglecting the gym all together, but I like the schedule and I enjoy lifting so I figured it is worth a second try. This is the perfect program to get my feet wet again. It is structured, but it is also 6 days a week. I am not going to beat myself up if I miss a day, because spending the weekends enjoying time with my family is most important and I can not get obsessed.
So basically, finishing this week out and jumping in full hilt next week!
