emoticon for all the support and the Happy healing prayers that you have sent my way in the past few days I lovethe fact that there is so many ppl out there that don't even know that are so willing to help you and I am greatful for that because if there were not ppl out there like that I would feel very alone...

I am on day fater surgery and I called my doctor yesterday because I still can not bend my knee and they told me that it was because of all the swelling but if I am still unable to bend it cone next Tuesday that I need to call them back because Tuesday is a week from when I had the surgery and I hope by then that Iam able to bend it because I will tell you this it hurt so bad and you don't relizehow much you need to be able to bend your leg to do every day things, like getting in the shower of the tub wall, just to walk, to pick up stiuff off the floor and to just bend down...

Once again I want to say emoticon and God Bless all you that have been praying for me and helping me through this very trying time... and yes as I always say Keep Spreading the Spark...

    I'm glad you called the doctor. Did they say to try some aspirin or anything like that while you wait for the swelling to go down? You can also try doing a search for foods that fight inflammation. Here's a link I found:

    I'm thinking you may already eat some of these foods already, but it might not hurt to be a little extra careful with what you eat for the next few days. Also, don't forget your RICE: rest, ice, compression, elevation.
