I find it very motivational to add a Gold Star sticker to my calendar for everyday that I have worked out. As July is coming to it's end, I've noticed that my calendar is full of stars! Makes me very happy and inspired:)

I'd love to earn stars for exercise or keeping in my calorie range. Good idea! Even a star for everytime I want to eat at night and then say oh no, I'm not really hungry and go do something else instead. You might use a different color star or sticker when you do something good for yourself like that. 3098 days ago
