Are you being an Olympian this week?

This week I challenged the Cats team (and I challenge all of you) to be the Olympian YOU can be. No, you may not be physically capable of the 100 meter dash, synchronized diving or gymnastics-- but you are capable of some fitness. I encourage you to do YOUR BEST fitness this week.

What about your eating habits. Most of us have learned what we should eat, what we should limit, to track everything, and to drink lots of water? Are you doing this?


Are you being a food Olympian this week-- eating the best way you know how?


Are you being a fitness Olympian this week--doing the best fitness possible for you?

It isn't enough to want it-- YOU must go out and take it!
I encourage you this week to go for the GOLD!
You CAN do it!
