Did not make it to workout yesterday. Had to much paperwork fall in my lap and by the time I got caught up . . . was time for bed. I feel a bit guilty about not going, but I guess that is a good thing. It means going for a workout is becoming something to look forward to.

    You still have today and days ahead, make this as your lesson learned. How about morning workouts? At first I hate them but I realized on busy workdays, doing exercises as one of the first things to start my day is a great decision, even if just 10-min workout (that's including warm up, cool down and stretches!)
