Welcome to day one of a new month. I'm going to start this month off right with good choices. Had a fiber/protein rich breakfast, walked the Kona Bean for 35 minutes and am getting ready for my hour on the elliptical trainer. Today is a "slow" day after yesterday's cardio tennis (and of course the requisite walks with the Kona Bean) - meaning no intense impact. That's what I love about the elliptical - no pounding on the joints and a break for my legs.
Wish I could have seen a budge for the better on the scale this morning though. This a stubborn fifteen pounds - for sure.
aaarrrgh! The pirate ninja in me is looking on in disgust. yeah, yeah...I'm going.
