Well it seems I have hit my first weight-loss plateau for this go around. I know they happen . . .and so I am not frustrated with it. Was expecting one at some point, though not really this soon. :)
I have begun to slowly add weights to my routine. Nice and slow is my plan for everything. I didn't get fat overnight . . I'm not going to lose it overnight either.
So . . . let the day begin!

30 minutes treadmeill (3 MPH / Lvl 5)
30 minutes elliptical (Lvl 3)
various upper body weight machines (50 Lbs - 2 reps of 10)
