Had a busy day again, but made sure to make time to spend at the gym.

30 Minutes on treadmill (Lvl 7 /3MPH / random )
30 Minutes on elliptical (Lvl 5 / 3.5 MPH )
20 minutes with upper body weights
30 minute walk around the track
