Temps Soared to 32 degrees Celsius (95F)

Monday, August 06, 2012

Hi All,

We sure had a scorcher today, 32 degrees, my place inside was 28 degrees with AC and Fans, I live on the sunny side of my complex, the siding holds in the heat, even tonight it is reading 26.3 and 27 in here at 10:45pm...Now that's hot...

After the sun went down a bit I took Logan out and he went in the pool, he cooled down somewhat, if I could of got in there I would of been sitting right there beside him... Sure was tempting, but if I had got in I don't know how I would of got out..believe me, not a pretty picture..I would of had to call he fire department for assistance as I can't get in and out of a pool without a lift, kiddie pools don't have lifts...(sigh) LOL

Well this gal is going to get something to eat, I'm feeling hungry which is really surprising especially after the way I felt earlier. With the heat I didn't eat nearly as much as I intended, the heat was far too great to eat properly, I got in mega fluids though...yay me...

I'm going to finish working on my team page then I'm going to bed soon...

Sweet Dreams and God Bless... emoticon emoticon

I can feel the sweat dripping of me just thinking about that!!! I am trying to vision each drop of sweat that falls of me when I am exercising as calories...

I can't do the jump off the edge thing to get into a public pool, but I can go down those little steppie things, guess I need to realize how thankful I should be...And once I was in the pool yesterday, I realized how much I do love swimming.... I need to do more and take advantage of the things I can do and have more fun....I've been too long working and being miserable and never feeling good enough, time for changes..... emoticon emoticon
