I encourage you to track your Nutritional Values, especially tracking your fruits and veggies which are so important to eat.
Today I ate...Strawberries, grapes, tangerines, cucumbers, carrots, red mini potatoes, sweet corn, onions, salad, tomatoes, 10 servings of Fruits and Veggies today, yay me...
10 servings, can you believe it?? Usually I eat between 5 and 8 so today I am over and above..
