August 6 - continuing to move forward

1 - to continue running 3 times a week
**INCLUDING a ten kilometre run on the Sunday after getting back from Halifax, eight hours after I landed in Calgary emoticon

2 - to lose my last five pregnancy pounds
**BAHAHAHAHA - weightloss & vacation, for me, are not to EVER be said in the same sentence. I *gained* 7 pounds in the first 10 days I was on vacation and had to scramble to fix things so, that when I got home, I was only 2.5 pounds up. GRRR.

3 - to blog my progress every Saturday
**Again, I'm late with this BUT I'm considering this a "bonus" blog since I added pics on Saturday.

4 - to drink eight 8 oz glasses of water a day

5 - to sleep 7 hours a night
**There was one night that I was having a serious nightmare and this didn't happen and another where I was a little bit hyped from getting home from Halifax and finding my house in a very big mess. So 5/7 here.

6 - to add two- days of strength training to my week
**Boot camp on Tuesday & Thursday, BodyPump on Friday. emoticon

7 - to add one day of yoga/stretching to my week.
**Not yet. My only stretching is post workout and isn't enough.

My goal that I'm adding for August is:

8 - to stay within calorie range AT LEAST 5 out of 7 days.
emoticon I did 6 before I broke the streak on Saturday.

Overall, a super-duper week!
