I've been doing my best to maintain my weight while in this period of "exhaustion" Work has me mentally drained and all I have wanted to do at the end of the work day is go home and sleep. And that is what I have done. But today I am going to try my darnedest to get motivated and work out. I think that it is good for the stress and good for me.
