Tuesday . . . much better than Monday. :)

Got back to working out yesterday - not full on - but I did get my butt back to the gym.

Treadmill 15 Min / lvl 10 / 3MPH
Elliptical 15 Min / lvl 5 / 3.5MPH
Walking - 1 Mile / 2.5 MPH
