Days 30-37 Filling the Fridge with Freshness: 730 to 30

730 Days ‘Til 30…A countdown to lose 230 lbs over the next two years to achieve my goal weight before I turn 30.

I’ve started to have an aversion to eating out. I’m really glad because it’s my biggest weakness. We’ve been eating fresher foods at home, including more fruits and veggies. Very little at our house is processed anymore. I make our bread in the bread machine almost daily. We’ve been making meals from scratch. Now I need to work on managing portions because anything is bad for you in large portions. I also need to get back to exercising. I haven’t walked my daughter to school in over a week. But the biggest area I need to give attention to is my faith. I need to spend time with God daily. I need to read His Word, pray and listen for His voice, and be mindful of His Will for my life at all times. This is the most important piece of life which I have not been giving my full attention to for much too long.

Goals for tomorrow:
Walk 1 mile
Read my bible

Caffeine Free Days: 3 days

Starting Weight: 360 lbs.
Goal by 12-21-12: 299
Goal by 7-3-14: 130
