Not a bad day overall. Work kept me mentally busy . . . so I like that. Went to the gym directly after work - didn't want to give myself the opportunity to back out. Still not my regular work out - but still building back up.

Looks like the "plateau" finally broke. Down to 323 lbs. today. That's down 12 pounds in two months. (A little faster than I want - goal of 5 lbs per month - but I am not complaining!)
