Getting better all the time . . .
Even though I have had to put my work outs on hold . . .I think I may have trained myself to eat better. I am still losing weight! I can only imagine what type of results I would be getting if I were able to work out.
Hopefully I will find that out soon. Doc says I should be able to begin light workouts again next week.
