Why hello there!

So I haven't been on here, but I've been going to the gym and a trainer since Feb. Well, end of Feb. I think I really need to figure out my eating because it HAS to be whats holding me back.
Yeah, I'm not eating horrible, but apparently I'm not eating to lose weight either. I mean I've been working on the same 3 lbs over and over again for at least 3 months now. I go from 253 to 250 and then back up. I work out at least 3 times a week. Maybe I should get more cardio in, I've been doing a lot of weight stuff, you know, strength training. So maybe if I get some more cardio in, I will see the number go down.
And yes, I've just recently noticed that my body has changed a little. I mean I'm still in the same pants and everything, but I've noticed that some spots on me have gotten smaller, and skin has gotten saggier (is that a word? lol). So yes, I'm seeing some differences, but I really do need to lose actual weight and get smaller numbers on that scale as well. It would be different if I was at 140ish and haven't seen the scale move in a while, but I'm not.
I guess I'm just writing this because I needed to get all the thoughts out of my head and onto paper (kinda). That way I can figure things out. So it seems I need to work on food, which would be SO much easier if I lived away from home, lol. And I need to get some more cardio in. I think I can do that. I mean, I liked going out for walks in the area near my house, but its crazy hot and I started getting bad bug bites because I have to go late with this heat. So maybe I can try walking in more populated areas that have less bugs. Yay I have a plan!
