LIME Summer Reflections

So, I just went back and looked over my goals that I set forth in the beginning of the challenge and I did not meet even one of them. Life sure happened, especially these last few weeks. I took 2 vacations and have dealt with 3 deaths in the past 2 weeks. It's really hitting me hard. I'm feeling completely drained and I have not motivation or energy to work out. I did show a couple of really good losses on a weekly basis but overall I will be upr from where I started back in June. I have eaten many vegetarian meals but have only gone meatless for an entire day 2 or 3 times. Uggghhh!!! I didn't realize how much I didn't accomplish until I went back to the first blog.

Looking forward...

The fall challenge is right around the corner and I need to get my head back in the game. My goals will be similar to those of the summer challenge but I will add that I will go back and read my initial goals on a weekly basis. I may start one of the boot camp challenges over again when the boy finally replaces his car. Doing a spark video first thing in the morning before everybody gets up was doing wonders for me. Just don't have the time now having to leave the house an hour earlier than if I was just responsible for getting me to work. Once I get my head back in the right place, I have no doubt that I will rock any challenge put before me. Can't wait to get started lady LIMES!!!

    Sweetie, have you looked further back? You have made many changes and you did make better choices than you would have in years past. You are moving forward with style. I love your doable attitude. I know you may not have time for your am Spark Workout. But what about doing something similar this two minute workout to get your blood flowing and start your day...
