I have lost 8 pounds since coming back. Not really noticeable to others but very encouraging to me. I believe 85 percent of weight loss is calories so started cutting back there. It has taken focus and some effort but not so bad. If you haven't tried it the spark android phone download makes it incredibly easy to track. When I have eaten out I pull up the nutritional info on the restaurant website before ordering. If not available I just research through the spark food tracker. Even though I left spark five years ago 58 pounds lighter the 8 pounds lost have helped me move closer to the healthy person who is inside of me.
Today I am stepping up to incorporate more exercise into my program. To prepare I started using the stairs in the parking garage and building at work and have been using 5 lb weights.
