September challenge and musings

I've got a lot of challenges this month but I am determined to stay focused and on track. I'm moving house and starting University. I thought going back to university would be a good idea but it's sounding more and more terrifying by the day. Plus we'll be living just outside London so it's really expensive!
The stress has been building but I have realised that constant snacking and junk food is not going to help. I've started my couch to 5K programme and I am on week 2. Last time I got to week 5 before quitting, maybe I can get to week 6 this time.
1. Have a healthy breakfast everyday
2. Jog 3-4 times per week
3. Have 1 treat meal per week
4. Lose 1lb per week
Managed a jog today-just over 6km in 40 minutes, still get so out of breath though, lots of walking breaks! Hopefully will be able to find a nice jogging route when I move!
Going to the cinema tonight (hot date with the boyfriend) but I'm going to sneak in some air popped popcorn :)
