Are you Re-charged & Ready to Go?

Good Morning All,

Hope everyone had an awesome weekend and you all have a great week ahead.

Let's set our goals for the day and for that matter, the entire week and let's press on to meet them one step and one day at a time. Yes emoticon

Are you getting enough water? It is suggested that we get 8 cups of water a day. Let's press on. Have you included enough fruits and vegetables to meet your daily nutritional needs. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention they both recommend at least 5 servings per day! And that's just the minimum! There are many ways to get your fresh fruits and veggies consumed. There are juicing, smoothies, both fruit and veggie smoothies, yum yum!

What about your exercise routine, have you included strength training and cardio to your regime`? SP recommends at least 3 days a week to meet your Cardio needs and they also recommend at least 2 or 3 days a week in Strength Training. Are you pumped and ready to go?

Having said that, are you re-charged & ready to go?
