Week 1: 5 things that are holding me back

5 of the things that might be holding me back from being healthier:
1. Not wanting to try new foods, cuisines, etc
2. Getting this weird fear that I'll never work out again. As if I don't have control over it! (Well control within reason--I don't have control when I'm sick.)
3. Sweets in moderation
4. Being unkind to myself mentally--drives me to eat bad, not exercise, etc.
5. Not doing regular spiritual practice. It helps me creep into an avoiding mindset where I just kind of drift through my days without being present.
