My SMART Weightloss Goals!

Goal 1:
By the end of a 10 week period, I will track my nutrition and stay within my calorie range, 6 out of 7 days.

Goal 2:
By the end of a 10 week period, I will do a 50-60 min. cardio workout, 5 out of 7 days.

Goal 3:
By the end of 10 week period, I will lift weights, 2 out of 7 days.


(Okay, I am a special education teacher and write SMART goals all the time.)
