12 Week Plan

I have hardly ever blogged, and WOW what a huge contrast between this entry and my last entry. The last entry was 01/27/2010 and was all about my success.......
This entry will be about HOW i am going to HAVE success again!!
I joined the BLC 20 and have been challenged to write a blog and post a before picture.
This has forced me to face a harsh reality............i ALREADY have a before and an after picture that i was very proud of and i promised myself, i would never go back to the "before"....well i am getting way to close to that old "before" picture for comfort!!
My 12 week plan means starting fresh....and a new "before" picture will be posted on my Spark page and I will use it to my advantage and look at it to draw motivation from for myself when i am lacking.
I will plan my meals weekly and shop accordingly to my plan.
I will track every bite, lick and taste and do my very best to stay within all my nutritional ranges 7 days a week.
I will exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, including cardio, ST and flexibility training.
I will rely on my WARRIOR team mates and give and receive support from them.
We have been getting to know each other for this first week and i feel we are becoming like a family!! I cant go wrong with such a supportive group of Sparkers in my corner!!
I will participate in all my team challenges....see.... i wrote this blog, just to earn 150 points, LOL.....i can tell this has already helped me to get my brain fully in the game!!
I will not get discouraged if the scale doesnt move on occasion.......i will continue to work my plan and TRUST the process....i KNOW it works!
I have just got to pay attention to what i am doing and make consistently good choices day in and day out.
My rewards along the way, will include feeling better, getting stronger and being happier with myself......all those things money cant buy!
I will not be back at my goal weight at the end of this challenge, BUT i will be a heck of a lot closer than i am now. I know enough to know that it takes time to lose weight, establishing healthy habits along the way.
I WILL have an "after" picture that i am proud to post and it is my deepest hearts desire to finally learn how to make this lifestyle stick!!
