My BLC-20 Goals

The beginning of a BLC round is an excellent time to think about how we can meet our goals. My goal for this round is to lose one pound a week and get under 180 pounds. That is completely possible and do-able.

Here is how I will do it:

Food: During the week, I will eat my standard breakfast. It is easy to make, fills me up, and satisfies me. I will bring my lunch to work and include plenty of veggies. For dinner, if I eat out, I will eat at Togo's (local sandwich shop) and choose a healthy item. Because I'm at my DD's dance studio four nights a week, it's not always possible to eat at home during the week.

On the weekends, I will really try to not overdo it. One thing I can do is Google the calories before I eat (if I go to a restaurant).

Exercise: I think my exercise plan is pretty good. I do great when I'm at my DD's dance studio, doing 1-2 hours per night, with both cardio and ST.

On the weekends, we are sometimes really super busy and exercise is not always possible. I will not stress out if I miss a day or two. But if possible, I will try to work out on the weekends.

Other: I have no problem getting enough sleep. I'm not usually stressed too much. I'm pretty organized and efficient. I don't feel like I need to do too much in that area.

Summary: Sounds like my problem areas are eating in the evenings and on the weekend, and exercise on the weekends.

Monday: Exercise at least 60 mins of cardio and 15 mins of ST.
Tuesday: Exercise at least 60 mins of cardio. No ST.
Wednesday: Exercise at least 60 mins of cardio and 15 mins of ST.
Thursday: Exercise at least 60 mins of cardio and 15 mins of ST if not done on Wed.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Exercise when there's time, otherwise, rest days

I would like to eat between 1200-1500 calories per day, but I just can't seem to do that. I'm ecstatic if I am under 1500 but that only happens once or twice a week. Usually I am at 2000 calories the other 5 days. I need to try to decrease the calories somehow, but I just get so hungry.

So not totally SMART goals, but this is the best I can do.
