I over did it!

Monday, September 17, 2012

Well, I totally over did it on Saturday! Too many trips up the stairs carrying my neighbor/friends groceries and too much lifting, bending and reach when shopping. I really rested yesterday. I couldn't do much else.

The swimming last week helped with the weight and my jeans came on easier today!! I think I will aim for 4 days every week!! I am able to stay in the pool longer even when I am not at a class. It helps if someone else is in the pool. I chat with them a little and it keeps me going. I am a very social person!!

emoticon it is so good for me and you!! I recommend it!

I have done well all weekend with my food tracking. I even stayed within my calories. I ate at Linda's last night and was able to only have a little meat. It was a fattier cut, so didn't want to eat too much. Stepping on the scale this morning was great! Even at the doctor's wearing jeans I was 2.5 pounds less then when I visited him 31 days ago. That is better than I was doing for a long while! We will see how I do when I weigh on Wednesday..that is the day I count. Especially since I had already eaten twice by the time I weighed this morning.

We start Peer to Peer tomorrow night. I have to get adjusted to doing something in the evening again!! I am not much of an evening person. I prefer to be home and relaxing!
emoticon Snickers likes it when I am home in the evening, too!

It is only suppose to be in the seventies today. It was cool this morning and I am enjoying the cooler weather. No air conditioner last night. Second night in a row I have had it off. I even opened the window yesterday morning! emoticon

Well, I have to run. Will blog again when I can.

Have an awesome day!! Spark On! emoticon
