1. I worked very hard to get here and I never want to have to do it again.
2. I love it when someone tells me I look great.
3. I'm getting older and I want to stay healthy.
4. I have two beautiful grand children , who I want to see achieve success.

1. No more refined sugar or flour.
2. Fish twice a week every week.
3. 10,000 steps a day, every day
*How do you want to look?
Like a teenager
*How do you want to feel?
Like I can do anything
*What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
1. More strength training
2. Run instead of walk
