Recommit to Low Carb Day 13.

I have tried to stay low carb now for 2 weeks (actually 13 days), and I'me happy with my results.
Weight: 240 (down 5 lbs).
Fasting Blood Glucose: 124 (down from 165). Excellent, although it varies.
Going out for breakfast with a friend this morning. I'll get eggs and, as Dana Carpender says,..... tell them to Hold the Toast (and potatoes)!
Yesterday I made a pot roast and some turkey soup for during the week. Something to look forward to.
