Recommit to Low Carb Day 13.

I have tried to stay low carb now for 2 weeks (actually 13 days), and I'me happy with my results.

Weight: 240 (down 5 lbs).
Fasting Blood Glucose: 124 (down from 165). Excellent, although it varies.

Going out for breakfast with a friend this morning. I'll get eggs and, as Dana Carpender says,..... tell them to Hold the Toast (and potatoes)!

Yesterday I made a pot roast and some turkey soup for during the week. Something to look forward to.

    Congratulations on the loss! Low carb eating can be so hard to do, especially after a lifetime of eating 'meat and potatoes'. Good job for being able to stick with it!

    I do 50 carbs per day two days a week and then I try to stay close to my lower carbs that spark has recommened. It is hard as most everything has carbs in it. I wish you success.

    Im hoping to follow your great example. Low carbs is very hard to do. You;re doing great.
