Follow Up To "This One's For Me"

Well, it seems to have worked for at least today. I put myself higher on my priority list. I stood in front of the open fridge and eyed all the yummies. I then asked myself (aloud, I'll have you know), "What's my priority RIGHT NOW?" I told myself that I really deserved to be healthy. That I deserved to be proud of myself in the morning.
And guess what!? It worked. I am sitting here, having had grilled chicken with hot spaghetti sauce, over a lot of chopped leafy greens. I had water and sugar free lemonade and some diet coke.
See? I _can_ do it.
