Why I Want To Lose Weight

Why do I want to lose weight?
It should be simple... I know the typical answers are "better health, and more confidence" But if I want to lose this weight I need to be honest.
So here is goes:
I want to lose weight to look in that mirror and love myself... I want to walk into the local Starbucks and see those friends from high school stop and say "Oh My! Emma you look amazing!"
I want boys I know to raise their eyebrows and look my way, I want people to notice me, remember me, get attention.
Don't get me wrong, of course I want to be healthy, but what motivates me in my young age is showing off the body God gave to me in all it's glory.
Tonight I'm forcing myself into a new mind set. Tomorrow morning I will be waking up to a cardio workout...
I can sit around wishing I would lose weight, I can keep pushing it back to tomorrow when I eat one thing wrong... but I'm never going to get any results. I know what has to be done...
Eat right, workout, build muscles, and keep the mind set that I CAN do this and I WILL stop at nothing to do this. I have that control, stop assuming you don't. You control yourself from putting things in your mouth, you control when you force yourself into a workout... you control it all. So put that into motion.
