Breakfast and Cardio - Day One

I feel amazing today!
The mind set is back and I'm excited about losing weight again! I have been on a hunt for a good team this morning that motivates and has members as friends.. hoping at least one of them works out!
Today I had a great breakfast and for the first time I'm not hungry a few hours later. Here is a picture!
It's grapes, skim milk, and a scrambled egg wrap.
I have a lunch packed for tonight at work, and will be making my lunch around noon!
As for cardio, I started with day 1 of my 28day bootcamp team video, and added some jumping jacks! It's not what I wanted to do today, but due to a dvd issue I had to make do with what I have.
