I am not one of these people that say.. I've been heavy all my life. Because for the most part I have been pretty healthy weight. Until I got married and miscarried a baby and then had tree children. But I know my biggest problem has always been when I get upset or depressed I want to turn to comfort food. Which it's really a certain food for me. I just eat. But I dont know how else to deal with this. Does anyone else have this problem.?
