It is hard to believe it is already October! The year seems to be flying by so fast!

I am enjoying the cooler temps, especially at night. It makes for more pleasant sleeping! I have actually turned off the air conditioner the past 2 nights. It still gets to 75 in my apartment, but I can handle that! The fan run in my bedroom at night and helps circulate the air.

I am starting the 25 pound quarterly challenge our team has every 3 months. I am looking to finish the year with a big loss!! I would love to be below 200 pounds and my goal is at least to make it to 198 pounds by Dec. 31st.

Maybe I will lose the whole 25 pounds by then and that would be even better!

I need to get to the gym 3-4 times a week. Track everything I put in my mouth. Drink my 10 glasses of water a day. Get out of the apartment at least 3 days a week. I would also like to start walking again. Even if it is 10 minutes a day.

There is my plan. Hope I can stick to it! I really want to be below 200 pounds by the end of the year!
