Intervals

Today I ran intervals with the dog. I think it shocked my body ( in a good way) as I normally do exercise DVDS. I think I will try to incorparate this ore often I had a blast and boy did I feel the burn. Well I need to get to bed so I can be woke for childrens lessons in the morning.
