Day 8! Come on Offical 5lb mark!!!

Saturday, October 06, 2012

I'm hoping tomorrow will be the day I hit 215 at least so I have officially lost my fist 5lbs!
I was watching Jersey Shore today... kind of my guilty please show and one of the girls who always on the chubby side is now super skinny and looking really good!
So i ended up doing some sit ups and pushups when watching two episodes of that and then kicking up on the Insanity... which is an amazing work out but due to the fact I can't do half the things he is doing I feel like I'm not accomplishing as much... then again the amount of sweat dripping off my body by the end of that 20min I should rethink that!
Anyway off to work then maybe my boyfriends house for the night!
Till then! :)

LOL I watch Jersey Shore too. A lot of people wonder what could be so fascinating about it. I don't know what it is about it, but I HAVE to watch it everytime it's on. I was so excited it started again! I had to figure out when I was going to work out since it was 2 hrs on Thursday night. But I managed to do some situps & crunches during commercials as well and did my Biggest Loser workout right before the show started.

Congrats on doing the Insanity workout. I have a few family members that have done that. I have been thinking about it but just too scared that it will be too many exercises I can't do.

Hope you hit your 5lb mark! Good Luck! and if not, do not worry it will happen!

I take my hat off to you for working out while watching tv. I generally just find myself vegging out. I need to at least workout during the commercials or something.
