It is a sunny day in Billings!

It looks like a very nice day outside. I am going to enjoy the day with a little walk.

My cat won't be going with me, but he is also enjoying the sun!
I am tracking my food regularly. I did good yesterday although I wasn't able to eat many fruits or vegetables. I did eat a banana. That is the one fruit I can eat when my intestines are acting up. I think I ate too many the day before. I will slowly introduce them again today. The red pairs are delicious!

And I picked up some fresh strawberries yesterday. Those will be good. I also have an avocado ready to make guacamole. It is a really big one, so that is what I am going to do with it!
My neighbors have mice in their apartments. I didn't have any, but I saw one in the pantry today. I am putting everything I can in plastic containers!! Guess my cat was seeing something yesterday. He was just sitting and starring under the stove. I think if he can get at it he will kill it. In the mean time I am buying some traps. I bet that everyone of our 8 apartments in this building will have mice. I know I keep my apartment clean, but it is hard to keep them out if the other apartments have them. Eek! They give me the creeps!! Go Snickers, go! Get them!! What else can I do? I am throwing away all cardboard in my apartment. I haven't even noticed chewing on anything or mouse droppings. Guess I will get some steel wool and put it around all the pipes. If there are any holes they won't some in with steel wool around them. Any other suggestions?? I can't put out poison as I have a cat. Let me know if you think of anything!!
Well, guess I will be walking up and down the stairs a few times today. I need to get some traps and some containers for food. I can never carry all the packages up at once. I will also walk around the store to look for what they have for mice traps.
Oh, not a good way to start my Sunday!!
I hope you all have a great day. I have most of my cupboard stuff in containers already. Now to get the pantry situated!!
Have a great day!! After all it is a beautiful day in the neighborhood...at least here!! Hope it is beautiful where you are, too!!
