So today was a weigh day. I weighed in and I lost 4 lbs. Good first week. I know that next week I will be lucky to lose a lb so the trainer has given us the incentive of doing 140 burpees. If we do 140 burpees we get a 1 pound advantage next week at the weigh in. I am tempted to start it right now and get it over. hmm.
Good start. Yea me!
