My legs are made of Jelly

Have you ever done a work out where your legs are junk the next day. You want to get up off your butt and the up movement kills. Taking steps, you think that your legs might give out? Well that is where I am today!
Yes, I did those 140 Burpees. A Burpee is not a garden seed... It is a squat into a jump and then you drop to the floor and do a push up. If you are a big girl like me, or a person with not a lot of upper body strength you might modify your push up so that you do it on your knees instead of on your feet. It took me 46 minutes and 30 seconds to complete. I did them mid day. By 7 pm my legs were stiff. By bedtime there was no way I was going up a flight of stairs, the couch looked mighty fine.
All day I have been hobbling around. My friend invited me for coffee this morning. So when I got there I opted for water and declined the walk she wanted to go on. My legs were so stiff. She made a homemade thin crust pizza and a lovely salad. She made it with half the cheese and fresh veggies for me. It was so delicious. When we finished talking, I gave her a hug and thanked her for being so supportive. I only had one small piece of pizza.
Next stop, the gym. Please let the pool, hot tub and sauna work its magic. I hop in the pool. 53 minutes later I am done my mile swim. Then I hop in the hot tub trying to stretch my muscles. Finally, sauna.... ah... My legs still hurt but, I had a kicking workout.
I chatted with my trainer tonight. She said that 2 days in the pool would do me good. So I plan on a half mile swim and water zumba tomorrow night. She texted me back that if my legs feel better she wants me at the gym.... oyyy
I am praying that my legs feel better tomorrow. Do you love that ooch oww feeling after a work out? Some people Loveeeeeeee it. Me, I love it when it goes away!
