Ok So It is Friday

Ok so I made it through the last week and a half sticking to my plan of watching my eating. I said NO many times when I wanted to say YES. It feel good to be more in control of my actions. On a whole it hasn't been to difficult. But for some reason I am really hungry today. Maybe because it is colder today or I am extra tired. I have really concentrate on staying focused on my program and get through the day. There will be a pay off.... along with weight loss..... I will feel better. One day at a time.

    Every time we say NO it is a victory. Sometimes I think this journey is moment to moment. If I can say NO this time, maybe next time I can say NO again and maybe it will be just a little bit easier? I don't know--but at least we're still in there TRYING!

    Make some skinny soup! You can have it on days when you get really hungry. You can freeze it into servings too. There is probably a good recipe for this soup on Spark recipes.
