Stepping on the Scale

So, I told myself that I was only going to step on the scale once a week. Only at the gym. No beating myself up on the scale. Then our trainer gets talking to Amy and I about fluctuations on the scale. Really? Nope once a week not a daily thing for me. Aims steps on the scale... Nope not me.
She also talked about flushing toxins out by drinking lots and lots of water. So when I was in the bathroom for the umpteenth trip i step on that dratted scale. the scale says the same thing it said on Monday. Nope, I am certain i am only going to step on it once a week and let the chips fall where they may. I am certain.
I have eaten really good this week. I have exercised everyday. I am using both gyms. I am doing well. Even if that dratted number on the scale does not reflect my hard work.
Yea for me.

    Dont be obsessed by that scale.

    Do the once a week on scale at gym.
    Use clothing as a test..and keep focused.
    You WILL get that change!

    hehe, yup, that's what mine said too! Yup, once a week, not on any scale except the one at Liberty. Not playing those games any more. Inside there was a little part of me wanting to change my weigh in day to Friday instead of Monday, but with no change, I'm just keeping it on Monday and hoping for a drop. Heck, keeping it Monday will keep me more honest with my weekends, anyway, right? Stupid #s - I agree, no numbers are going to change our attitude - we are working hard and eventually it will be seen and felt. You're doing great!!!!
