I am going, but I do not want to!

So it is a dreary Sunday morning in New England. Raining, cool, damp and yucky. I fell asleep at 9 last night woke up at 7 and could sleep all day, I really could. Well, not really.
It is time to go to the gym. I do not want to go but tomorrow is weigh in. I have worked hard all week. I have watched my portions. I have worked through pain in my legs from the challenge at the gym.. I have journaled... I should have a couple of pound weight loss if life is fair.
Ah, I am going... I might not want to, but once I am done I know I will feel better.. Then I can come home and turn the heat up in the house. Cuddle with my dog and a blanket and watch a movie... Make a nice Sunday night dinner... Ooh lets not forget Sunday Football..
Ok, I am going. I am cutting out a block of time today just for me!

    You and I need to keep at it. I try to tell myself that losing fat is not the same as losing weight. But it sure is nice to see the scale drop.

    I know when the weather is dreary it is hard to get motivated. You are a very dynamic lady and a fighter. I know you will keep punching.

    Good for you! I often feel that way. I want to just roll over and hit the snooze button. There are times I don't feel like exercising, but I know where that leads. I know that I'll feel better once I start, so I do so. I'm proud of you.
