A New Week!

It is a new week and another chance to swim, eat healthy and lose some more weight. My AIM-HI this week on Thursday. I am excited and a bit nervous. I haven't been in a group like this for awhile. It is not the same as Diabetes Prevention Program. This one is different in the fact that it is run by the behavioral health team instead of a dietitician. I don't like to be analyzed, but I hope I like the group! Maybe it will help me with some of my over eating in the evening! Anyway, I will try to check in on Friday and let you know how it went.
Only 6 hours of sleep last night. I woke in pain again. That is such a rough way to start the day! Hopefully a good swim today will really help. And the hot tub doesn't hurt...it is heavenly!
My Daily Plan-Monday
Plan to stick to calories and fat today and record all intake.
Go to the gym and swim. Also hot tub is on the agenda.
Try to fix my printer or at least get on the site for trouble shooting.
Make a few calls.
