Week 2 done

So I am done week two. I have lost 6 pounds. I have eaten so much healthier. I have worked out 15 out of the past 16 days and I have tracked all of my food. I am starting to feel self control. I am feeling my self esteem rise. It feels good.
Today instead of the gym I went for a hike with another woman at the gym. We enjoyed the brisk autumn air and climbed mt watatic. It is always so empowering when you hike mountain, no matter how small. You just feel like a champion when you reach the summit.
I think, if I look closely, that I am finding that I am liking myself more each day. Not bad for 16 days into the journey. >
The first three pictures are of Watatic today. The last picture is of me with my youngest last week when we went for a hike. Sunshine and fresh air are such a good combo!
