The end of the week.

It is Friday already. Wow! The week has flown by.

My AIM-HI class was really good, however I sat too long and am still hurting. Seems I am hurting more lately despite the swimming more regular. Must be sitting too long during the day or on the computer too long. Both bother different parts of my back, but parts with arthritis.

I fell asleep in my reclined last night. I went to bed after having a small bite to eat and slept until the alarm at 6:30 am. I hurt this morning and it is probably because of all the sitting yesterday. I dislike the doctors scale at group!! Although it weighs about the same as biolifes scale. Mine is what I go by for my SP weigh in-s as that is what I have been using all along since I finished DPP.

I am Housesitting tonight and doing my laundry over there. It saves me some money, but I have to go downstairs to the laundry room. Bobbie and Vance are going to Bozeman to see his Mom. Will be there last trip up there this year.

I did not troubleshoot how to fix my printer yet. Guess it will happen one of these days! I will put it.in my plan for a day next week.

Eating is on track for today so far. Think I will exercise at Bobbie's today.

Have a nice day!! Make a plan...and stick to it. I am not good with that part!

    The stairs for the laundry will give you some great exercise just take your time in doing them.... emoticon
